Written during our time in Prince George, BC. This song came about from a long moment of daydreaming and thinking. A close friend and I had been chatting about the ups and downs of life, pursing dreams, and the constant tension between hard work, relationships, one's present reality, and the daily grind; finding a place and sense of balance that was shared in being mothers, artists, spouses, and creative types. Ultimately, finding a way to keep passions and dreams alive - a hard days work, it's a cowgirl's way!
